| 摘 要： | 在南华大学独立学院药学专业学生中开展了本科生"导师制"工作,通过认真遴选导师,加强导师的职业培训,实行师生双选,对学生进行分类指导,并以学生为主体,建立药学专业学生创新团队,旨在探究培养科研创新能力人才的有效途径,以加强具有创新能力的药学人才培养。

| Abstract: | We have already carried out “tutorial system” for undergraduates in pharmacy specialty in Independent College . The system includes selecting tutors carefully , strengthening the vocational training of tutors ,conducting a double choice between tutors and undergraduates ,adopting classified guidance to the students and establishment of innovative team around the students taken as the main body .All above is to explore an effective way to cultivate innovation ability of scientific research per-sons and strengthen the cultivation of pharmaceutical talents with innovation ability . |
