我国医学生国际化视野培养模式的探讨

"国际化"是当今高等教育研究的焦点和趋势,这不仅为医学院校的发展提供了前所未有的机遇,同时也带来了强有力的挑战。"如何培养出具备国际化视野的医学生"已成为我国各大医学院校深入探讨的课题,并且许多高校已经积极开展了各项推进工作并取得了初步成效。本文作者结合我国几所医学院校的实际情况,围绕"课程、学生、教师"等方面阐述分析了如何通过创新医学教学模式、接轨国际评价标准、建设国际化师资队伍、接受国际专业认证等教育改革举措,为我国的医学高等教育与国际接轨,培养出具有国际化视野和跨国诊疗能力的医学人才做出贡献。
