医事法学专业实践性教学模式的探索与实践

医事法学被誉为医学院校的"朝阳"专业,医学与法学的"交叉性"是这一新兴专业的本质特征。医事法学极具实践性,唯有创建一个体系化的实践性教学模式,才能最终培养出适合于时代需要的高素质医事法律人才。传统的法学教育模式有其合理性但存在诸多弊端,在构建医事法学专业实践教学模式过程中,应大胆进行改革与创新。

Exploration and Practice of Practice-based Teaching Mode for Medical Science of Law

Medical science of law is honored as a ＂sun-rise＂ specialty of medical colleges and universities, and the ＂crossing＂ of medical science with the science law is an essential character of this emerging specialty. As medical law is of practical feature, high-quality personnel of medical law suitable for the needs of the times can eventually be produced only through creating a system- atic practice-based teaching mode. The traditional mode of law education has its own rationality, but has many drawbacks as well. Therefore ,reform and innovation should be carried out in the construction of practice-based teaching mode for medical law specialty.
