| 摘 要： | 为了探讨在实习中如何提高医学检验专业本科生的综合技能,从实验技能的培训、学术讲座、毕业论文和临床实习4个方面对此进行了探索。发现实验技能的培训可以使学生较快适应医学检验的常规工作,提高实验操作技能;学术讲座可以拓宽学生视野、活跃思维,培养良好的动脑习惯;毕业论文的完成过程也是培养学生科研能力的过程;临床实习则能够全面培养学生在实际工作中分析问题、解决问题的能力。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses how to improve the comprehensive abilities of undergraduates of medical laboratory in practice in the following four aspects: training of technical abilities,academic reports,graduation thesis,and clinical practice.Training the students' technical abilities can enable them to fit in routine work fast in the clinical laboratory and improve operating skills;academic reports can broaden their scientific vision and cultivate good habit of thinking,graduation thesis can improve their research ability,and clinical practice can improve their abilities to analyze and resolve problems. |
