| 摘 要： | 针对现行内科临床实习教学及管理方面的不足 ,中山大学附属第三医院内科学教研室根据科室教学工作实际 ,在2 0 0 0 -2 0 0 1学年 ,对部分临床实习医师实行导师制教学。本文具体介绍了实施的导师制教学方法 ,并提出对导师制教学的一些看法。

| Abstract: | In view of the insufficiency of current clini cal pract ice teaching and management, the Department of Internal Medicine, Third Affiliat ed Hospital of Zhongshan University, implemented tutor system among some of the clinical trainees in academic year 2000-2001. This article introduces the tutor system implemented in our department, and puts forward our opinion of the system . |
