| 摘 要： | 分析了目前国内、外医学生创新能力培养模式的现状,提出了西安交通大学医学院学生创新能力培养模式的思路。通过实践环节和实验课的教学方法的探索、优质教学资源保证、建立完善的考核体系等四个方面的改革,达到对医学生创新能力培养的目标。
