| 摘 要： | 目前在高等医学院校实施规范化试卷及试题库的建立与应用,对于科学评价医学生的知识和能力,从而提高教学质量,有着重要意义。本文结合教学实践,讨论了规范化试卷的设计及命题原则,提出了试题库建立的条件,并建议在全国范围内协作建立高质量的试题库。

| Abstract: | At present the setup and application of standardized test papers and test banks atmedical universities and colleges are of great significance to the scientific evaluation of medical students'mowledge and abilities so as to improve teaching quality. This paper discusses the design ofstandardized test papers and principles of test assignment on the basis of our teaching practice and puts forward the conditjons of setting up the banks. We also suggest the coestablishtnent of quality test banksthroughout the country. |
