合肥市老年人群健康状况调查分析

目的了解合肥市老年人群健康状况及疾病分布规律。方法对659例老年人进行健康检查,记录病史,血压,尿便常规,生化检验,肝肾功能,血糖,血脂,内外科体格检查,眼耳鼻喉、口腔科检查,心电图,B超,全胸片。结果受检659例中,653例存在不同程度的健康问题,总患病率99.1%。患病率居前10位的分别是原发性高血压、高脂血症、脂肪肝、心律失常、白内障、肝囊肿、冠心病、胆结石、空腹血糖受损、糖尿病。结论老年人群中慢性疾病患病率较高,代谢性疾病已成为老年期主要疾病。

Study on health status of the old people in Hefei
