医师资格实践技能考试评估工作的思考

目的：通过近十年医师资格实践技能考试（以下简称“实践技能考试”）评估工作的经验，总结成效和不足，推动实践技能考试的改革与发展。方法根据评估指标体系，采取听汇报、实地查看、检查有关记录和资料等方式，收集全国约200个实践技能考试基地评估结果进行分析。结果从总体情况来看，各考点基本能按照评估指标的要求进行工作，基地基本达标。但也存在一些问题，具体反映在考试和考试基地的设计还不够科学，考官和考试工作人员专业化程度低，考试经费不足以支持考试基地的设置和运转，全国考试基地数量庞大，规范建设成本高等。结论变集中考试为常年开考，依托医学院校的临床技能中心共建实践技能考试基地，重视执业助理医师的教育和培养，继续坚持评估工作。

Thinking on evaluation work of the practical skills test of medical licensing examination

Aim To promote reform and development of the practical skills examination through summarizing experience of the eval-uation work and the profits and shortcomings of nearly 10 years medical licensing examination.Methods According to the evaluation index system,about 200 evaluation results of national practical skills test centers were collected and analyzed by ways of listening to the chief's re-port,conducting field survey,and checking their relevant records and data.Results As a whole,most test centers were up to standard based on the various requirements of the evaluation index system.But there were also some problems,specifically manifested in non-scientific design of the practical skills test and the test centers,and absence of the specialized examiner and test center staff,and insufficient funds for establishment and operation of the test centers,together with too many national test centers and too much construction costs.Conclusion It is necessary to replace intensive tests with perennial normal tests,to co-establish and share with the clinical skills centers in the medical col-leges,to focus on education and training of the assistant practicing physicians,and to adhere to the evaluation work.
