| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨紧张型头痛的中枢性发病机制.方法 用酶联免疫吸附实验检测受试者血清中肾上腺皮质激素释放激素的含量.结果 与对照组相比,紧张型头痛患者血清中促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素含量显著升高.结论 紧张型头痛患者下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴功能亢进,其发病机制可能涉及下丘脑功能失调.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the central pathological mechanism in tension-type headache(TTH).Methods Test the serum CRH content of the subjects by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbnent Assay(ELISA).Results Compared to the control group,the CRH content increased significantly in tension-type headache patients.Conclusion The function of Hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal(HPA) axis was hyper activated in tension-type headache patients;we speculated that the hypothalamus dysfunction may involved in its pathogenic mechanism. |
