中药敷贴、穴位注射预防支气管哮喘发作

目的　预防支气管哮喘的季节性发作。方法　根据祖国医学冬病夏治的原则 ,对 43例支气管哮喘患者 ,在夏季哮喘发作间歇期于定喘、肺俞、天突穴位进行中药敷贴 ,足三里穴位注射黄芪针剂 ,每疗程 3个月。统计用药前 1年和用药后 1年的发病率。结果　用药前的发病率为 10 0 %( 43 /4 3 ) ,其中发作 1次的发病率为 3 3 .49%( 2 3 /4 3 ) ,2次的发病率为 3 2 .5 6%( 14 /4 3 ) ,3次的发病率为 13 .95 %( 6/4 3 ) ;用药后的发病率分别为 2 7.91%( 12 /4 3 )、2 0 .93 %( 9/4 3 )、4.65 %( 2 /4 3 )、2 .3 3 %( 1/4 3 ) (P分别 <0 .0 0 5、0 .0 0 5、0 .0 0 5、>0 .0 5 ) ,且发作程度明显减轻。结论　中药敷贴、穴位注射对支气管哮喘发作有显著的预防作用

Prevention for bronchial asthma attack by external application of Chinese medicine and therapy of point injection

Objective This item was designed for prevention of seasonal attack of bronchial asthma.Methods According to principle of summer treatment in winter seasonal disease of Chinese traditional medicine, 43 patiens with bronchial asthma were given to external applications of Chinese medicine at points of Dingchuan, Feishu and Tiantu during intermittence of summer asthma attacks and to point injection Huangqi at point Zusanli, this therapy continued for 3 months each treatment period. Incidence of bronchial asthma during one year before and after treament were analysed.Results Incidene of pretherapy bronchial asthma is 100%(43/43), incuding one time attack 33.49%(23/43), two times attacks 32.56%(14/43) and three times attacks 13.95%(6/43). Incidence of post therapy is 27%(12/43)including one time attack 20.93%(9/43),twotimes attacks 4.65%(2/43) and three times attacks 2.33%(1/43) ( P <0.005, P <0.005, P <0.005 and P <0.05 between 4 groups of post therapy vs pre therapy, respectively).severity of post therapy attaces decreased evidently.Conclusion External application of Chinese medicine and therapy of point injection play an significant prevention role in bronchial asthma attack.
