中西医结合治疗老年冠心病心衰的临床观察

目的观察常规西医治疗的基础上加生脉注射液治疗老年冠心病心衰的疗效。方法选择老年冠心病心衰患者50例，随机分成治疗组（24例）和对照组（26例）。对照组26例给予西医常规抗心衰治疗，治疗组24例在常规抗心衰的基础上加用生脉注射液50mL，两组均连续用药10d。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能指标变化及血流变变化，并进行统计学分析。结果治疗后两组临床疗效满意，且治疗前后心功能，血流变指标均明显改善（P〈0．01），两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论生脉注射液联合西医治疗老年冠心病心衰，疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗。

Clinical observation of the effect of Shengmai Injectio onelderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of shengmai Injection in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 50 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group (23 cases) and the control group (27 cases). The two groups all received conventional therapy, shengmai injection added to the treatment group for 10 days except the conventional therapy. Clinical symptoms, heart function and the blood flow changs were evaluated. Results Clinical symp-toms and bemodynamic parameters improved significantly (P<0.01) in the two groups after the treatment, . the difference between the two groups were significant, the difference between two groups in blood flow changes also was statistically significant(P <0.05 ). Conclusion The efficacy of the shengmai injection combined with conventional Western medicine is superior to conventional therapy alone in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure in the elderly.
