| 摘 要： | 目的探讨显微支撑喉镜下手术治疗成人声带病变的疗效及临床应用价值。方法回顾分析自2005年9月至2008年9月经显微支撑喉镜手术治疗的成人声带病变145例临床资料。结果声带良性增生性病变治愈率高达99.6%;可早期明确声带癌前病变有无癌变及早期声带癌。结论显微支撑喉镜手术治疗成人声带病变具有微创、安全、病变切除精确及疗效显著等特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect and the clinical application using the mirco-laryngoscope surgery for vocal cord disease in the adults.Methods In a retrospective study,clinical data of 145 patients underwent mirco-laryngoscope surgery in our hospital and were analyzed from September 2005 to September 2008.Results All 134 patients of benign proliferative lesion of vocal cord had a cure rate of 99.6%.Also the precancerous change's character and the earlier period of the vocal cord carcinoma can be discriminated.Conclusion The mirco-laryngoscope surgery for the vocal cord disease of the adults had the following advantages:safety,less injury,fidelity ectomize the infection and a general curative effect patency for the patients. |
