腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗早期直肠癌的疗效比较

目的：比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗早期直肠癌的临床效果。方法选取84例直肠癌患者作为研究对象，随机分为腹腔镜组与开腹组，每组42例。对两组患者术中及术后的各项指标情况进行观察比较。结果腹腔镜组手术出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间、使用止痛药时间、术后住院时间及术后并发症发生率显著低于开腹组，无瘤生存率显著优于开腹组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；两组手术时间、肠管切除长度及淋巴结清扫数量差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论通过腹腔镜手术治疗早期直肠癌具有较好的临床疗效，且安全性较高，术后并发症较少，值得推广与应用。

Comparison of clinical effect between laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for treatment of early colorectal cancer

Objective To compare the clinical effect between the laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for the treatment of early colorectal cancer. Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with rectal cancer who had come to our hospital for treatment were selected and then divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group, with 42 cases of patients in each, according to the different grouping operation method randomly. The intraoperative and postoperative indicators of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results In the aspects of the loss of blood in the process of operation, time of the gastrointestinal functional recovery, time of using of painkillers and the time of stay in the hospital after operation, the occurrence rate of postoperative etc. All of the indexes of the patients in the observation group were less than those of the control group significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05);but the difference in the as-pects of the operation time, the length of the bowel resection and the number of lymph node cleaning between the two groups were not statisti-cally significant (P>0. 05). Conclusion Early laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer has better clinical effect, a higher security, and less postoperative complications, so it is worth popularization and wide application in clinics.
