| 摘 要： | 目的研究卒中单元内综合康复训练对急性脑卒中患者的疗效。方法将116例急性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和研究组各58例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规药物治疗基础上给予卒中单元内综合康复训练,观察生活能力评定(Bar-thel指数)、神经功能评定(NIHSS)、运动功能评定(FMA)及各种并发症的发生率等指标,分析卒中单元内综合康复训练的效果。结果治疗前两组的Barthel指数、NIHSS评分、FMA评分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,研究组各项评分显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);压疮、泌尿系感染、肩手综合征、抑郁症、吞咽障碍、关节挛缩等并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论卒中单元内早期综合康复训练能明显提高患者的日常生活能力,减少神经功能缺损,促进瘫痪肢体功能恢复,减少脑卒中并发症的发生,提高脑卒中的近期治疗效果。
