支气管内型错构瘤1例并文献复习

目的提高临床医师对支气管内型错构瘤的认识。方法通过对1例支气管内错构瘤患者的诊断、治疗经过的分析,结合文献阐述该病的临床表现,诊断方法、治疗经过及预后。结果支气管内型错构瘤临床以肺叶、段分布炎症为表现形式,胸部CT提示：左侧主支气管内见一大小约2.0 cm×1.0 cm软组织密度影,左下肺阻塞性炎症,全麻下纤维支气管镜直视下行圈套切割和高频电凝切隔肿瘤。结论支气管内型错构瘤是一种少见良性肿瘤,术前误诊率高,经纤维支气管镜介入治疗疗效确切。

Endobronchial hamartoma case report and literature review

Objective To improve the understanding of clinicians on endobronchial hamartoma.Methods The clinical manifestations diagnosis,treatment course and prognosis of endobronchial hamartoma were reviewedthrough a patient diagnosed by us and literatures review.Results Chest CT showed that one dense shadow of soft tissue with the size of 2.0cm × 1.0cm located in the left main bronchus withobstructive inflammation in the lower left lung.The tumor was removed effectively by fiberbronchoscope through the trap cutting and high-frequency electrocoagulation under the general anesthesia.Conclusion Endobronchial hamartoma is a rare benign tumor with a high preoperative misdiagnosis rate,which can be cured bybronchoscopy interventiona.
