| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IL-17水平变化在系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）发病中的作用。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）方法分别测定20例SLE患者，20例非SLE患者以及10例正常对照组血清的IL-17水平。结果20例SLE组与20例非SLE组比较血清IL—17表达水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；20例SLE组血清的IL—17水平显著高于10例正常对照组（192．26±121．72）pg/ml vs（78．05±18．80）pg／ml，P〈0．01]；10例SLE活动期与10例稳定期比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；10例SLE活动期血清IL-17水平与临床指标ESR，C3，C4，IgG，抗ds—DNA无显著相关性（P〉0．05）；而与SLE疾病活动指数（SLEDAI）号一定程度的相关性（r=0．718，／9〈0．05）。结论IL-17在SLE发病的过程中可能发挥着重要的作用，与疾病活动有一定相关性。
