| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小骨窗开颅治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法对2004年5月至2009年5月采用小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗的62例高血压脑出血病例的临床资料,根据出血量、发病时间、发病年龄、血肿部位、GCS评分等进行回顾性分析。结果本组62例死亡7例,病死率11.3%。按照ADL标准评定预后,存活55例6个月后随访,I级8例,II级14例,III级16例,IV级13例,V级4例。结论小骨窗开颅术是治疗高血压脑出血的有效手术方式,具有创伤小,手术时间短,术野清楚,血肿清除彻底,病程短,恢复快等优点,可有效提高临床治疗效果,降低病死率和致残率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the results of applying mini-craniotomy in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Retrospectively study the clinical data of 62 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated from May 2004 to May,2009,focusing on the amount of bleeding,time of outbreak,age of outbreak,hematoma location,GCS score and,etc.Results Among the 62 cases,7 were dead and the mortality rate 11.3%.According to ADL Standards to assess the prognosis,55 patients were followed up after 6 months ... |
