难治性声带良性增生性病变的围手术期个体化综合治疗

目的探讨难治性声带良性增生性病变切除术围手术期个体化综合治疗的疗效。方法对2005年6月至2010年6月46例手术切除难治性声带良性增生性病变患者进行围手术期个体化综合治疗,并对其疗效进行定期随访和观察。结果采用围手术期个体化综合治疗的患者在术后有效率100.00%、治愈率93.48%。1、2、3、6、12个月治愈率分别为54.35%、84.78%、91.30%、93.48%和93.48%;术后12个月的好转率100.00%;随访18个月以上无一例复发。结论难治性声带良性增生性病变手术治疗的围手术期个体化综合治疗是改善发音、防止复发的有效治疗措施。

Perioperative individualized comprehensive treatment of refractory benign proliferative lesions of the vocal cords

Objective To investigate the application value and curative effect of perioperative individualized comprehensive treatment in benign vocal cords proliferative lesions.Methods Forty-six cases of benign vocal cords proliferative lesions operated from June 2005 to June 2010 were treated with perioperative individualized comprehensive treatment with periodic follow-up and observation of the curative effect.Results The total efficiency and cure rate of benign vocal cords proliferative lesions patients with perioperative individualized comprehensive treatment reached 100% and 93.48%.The cure rates were 54.35%(25/46)、84.78%(39/46)、91.30%(42/46)、93.48%(43/46)、93.48%(43/46) respectively at the end of 1,2,3,6,12 months after operation.The total improvement rate was 100%.The 18 month follow-up showed that there is no recurrence.Conclusion Perioperative individualized comprehensive treatment in benign vocal cords proliferative lesions will be effective methods for improving pronunciation and preventing recurrence.
