| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锥形束CT(CBCT)在上颌埋伏阻生牙矫治中的应用。方法收集2009年10月至2011年9月就诊的24例患者,经根尖片和CBCT确诊有埋伏阻生牙存在,进行固定矫治,观察其临床效果。结果 CBCT能对颌骨内埋伏阻生牙准确定位,与颌骨内的实际情况所见完全一致,极大地提高了埋伏牙正畸牵引的成功率。结论 CBCT可以直观地显示埋伏阻生牙在颌骨内的情况,对上颌骨埋伏阻生牙的定位、治疗方案的制定具有重要指导作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of CBCT in unerupted teeth traction therapy.Methods X-ray and CBCT were applied to investigate 24 cases of unerupted teeth,and clinical effect by fixed appliance treatment was surveyed.Results CBCT was accurate to localize the unerupted teeth,and it was in accordance with the actual condition.This method greatly increased the success rate in unerupted teeth traction therapy.Conclusion CBCT is useful for localization of unerupted teeth and is valuable for the orthodontic treatment. |
