| 摘 要： | 目的研究短期胰岛素强化治疗对2型糖尿病(T2DM)微量清蛋白尿的影响。方法选取118例伴微量清蛋白尿的2型糖尿病患者,分别予以短期胰岛素强化治疗和口服降糖药治疗,对比治疗前后尿清蛋白肌酐比(ACR)、空腹血糖(FPG)、早餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)以及血压的变化。结果通过短期胰岛素强化治疗,患者的血糖和尿ACR明显下降(P0.01),而血压性差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论短期胰岛素强化治疗来控制血糖有助于减少尿蛋白。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of short-term intensive insulin therapy on the microalbuminuria in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods In this study,we recruited 118 patients diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with microalbuminuria to be treated with either multiple insulin injections daily or oral antidiabetic drugs.The urinary albumin to creatinine ratio(ACR),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour plasma glucose(2hPG) and blood pressure(BP) were recorded before and after the intensive insulin therapy,respectively.These data were analyzed by t-test.Results The urinary ACR and blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients significantly decreased after short-term intensive insulin therapy.The blood pressure was not significantly changed.Conclusion Tight glycemic control through intensive insulin therapy helps to decrease the excretion of urinary albumin. |
