品管圈活动在降低门诊药房调配内差中的应用

目的：探讨品管圈活动在降低门诊药房调配内差的应用效果。方法利用品管圈活动降低药品调配内差，分析导致调配内差原因，拟定对策并实施，活动后效果确认。结果开展品管圈活动后，内差件数由活动前的52件/周降至22．5件/周，下降56．73％；圈员在解决问题能力、沟通协作能力、凝聚力等方面得到明显提高。结论品管圈活动在降低门诊药房调配内差中效果显著，可以有效降低内差，提升门诊药学服务水平。

Application and experience of QCC in reducing number of allocation internal errors in outpatient pharmacy

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of “Qualitiy Control Circle （ QCC）”activities in reducing the number of allocation internal errors in outpatient pharmacy .Methods QCC activity was applied in the control of internal errors in our outpatient pharmacy .The causes of the errors were analyzed ,a series of corrective measures were set ,and the visible （ the number of internal errors ） and invisible （ staff＆#39;s ability score ） achievements were evaluated .Results The number of internal errors decreased significantly from 52 pieces/week to 22.5 pieces/week,dropped by 56.73%.Invisible outcomes were greatly improved ,including member＆#39;s problem-solving ability,communication,co-ordination and so on .Conclusion QCC activities can help control the number of allocation internal errors in outpatient pharmacy and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care .
