关节镜下锚钉修复术治疗肩袖损伤的疗效及预后影响因素分析

目的 探讨关节镜下锚钉修复术治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效和预后影响因素.方法 选择2015年6月至2016年10月在阜阳市人民医院行关节镜下锚钉修复术的67例肩袖损伤患者,术后随访6个月评价疗效,纳入患者临床特征,分析预后影响因素.结果 67例肩袖损伤患者术后6个月优良率为71.64%;多因素分析显示,年龄、DeOrio损伤程度分型和脂肪浸润Goutalli-er分级是预后的独立影响因素.结论 关节镜下锚钉修补术是肩袖损伤的有效治疗方式;患者年龄、肩袖撕裂程度和脂肪浸润程度影响预后.

The clinical efficacy and influential factor analysis of diagnosis of treatment of rotator cuff tear by arthroscopic repair

Objective To discuss the curative effect and diagnosis factor of the treatment of rotator cuff tear by arthroscopic repair. Methods Sixty-seven rotator cuff tear patients treated with arthroscopic repair in Fuyang People 's Hospital from June2015 to Dec2016 were recruited in the study,and the effect was assessed by comparing the preoperative Neer score with the Neer score in six months,then the influ-ential factors of diagnosiswereanalyzed.Results All 67 patients were operated successfully,and the excellent rate after surgery in six month-swas 71.64%.The age,DeOrio damage degree and Goutallier grading of fatty infiltration were independent prognostic factors.Conclusion The arthroscopic repair achieves good curative effects in the treatment of rotator cuff tear.The age,size of rotator cuff tear and the degree of fatty infiltration are related to prognosis.
