生物反馈治疗联合核心肌群训练对产后压力性尿失禁的疗效

摘    要:目的 观察生物反馈治疗联合核心肌群训练对产后轻中度压力性尿失禁患者的临床疗效.方法 根据患者入院顺序选取从2020年1~11月在界首市妇幼保健院产后康复中心接受产后压力性尿失禁康复治疗的患者76例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各38例,对照组行生物反馈治疗,试验组行生物反馈治疗联合核心肌群训练,隔日1次,治疗10次为1个疗程.1个疗程后,对两组患者进行总有效率和治疗前后盆底肌肌力、72 h漏尿次数、尿失禁问卷简表(ICIQ-SF量表)评分比较.结果 试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者盆底肌肌力、72 h漏尿次数、ICIQ-SF量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗1个疗程后,试验组盆底肌肌力、72 h漏尿次数、ICIQ-SF量表评分均优于对照组,且组间治疗前后变化差异显著(P<0.05).结论 生物反馈治疗联合核心肌群训练治疗产后压力性尿失禁疗效显著,可改善患者漏尿次数及尿失禁严重程度,并提高患者盆底肌肌力,值得临床推广.

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of biofeedback therapy combined with core muscle training on postpartum mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence. Methods Seventy-six cases of patients with stress urinary incontinencewho received postpartumrehabilitationin Jieshou Maternal and ChildHealth Care of Postpartum Rehabilitation Center wereselected according to the order of patients admitted to hospital from January 2020 to November 2020, and they were divided into control group and experimental groupusing the random number table method with 38 casesin each group.The control group received biological feedback treatment, whilethe experimental group was treated with core muscle training combined with biofeedback therapy. The treatment was performed once every other day and 10 times as a course of treatment. After one course of treatment, the total effective rate, pelvic floor muscle strength, 72 h urine leakage frequency and urinary incontinence questionnaire (ICIQ-SF scale) scores were compared between the two groups. Results After one course of treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Pelvic floor muscle score, 72 h urine leakage frequency and ICIQ-SF scale score of experimental group were better than those of control groupwith statistically significantdifference (P<0.05).The 72 h urine leakage frequency and ICIQ-SF scale score before and after treatment were better than those ofcontrol group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Conclusions Biofeedback therapy combined with core muscle training has a significant effect on postpartum stress urinary incontinence, which can improve the frequency of urine leakage, reduce the ICIQ-SF score of patients, reduce the severity of urinary incontinence, and improve the pelvic floor muscle strength of patients, which is worth clinical promotion.
