不同级别医院护士叙事护理知信行现状及影响因素分析

目的 调查不同级别医院临床护理人员对叙事护理知识、态度、行为现状,分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法于2020年3~4月,选择阜阳市不同级别医院的927名护理人员作为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、临床护理人员叙事护理知信行问卷,调查叙事护理知信行得分情况,并分析其影响因素。结果 调查结果显示,一、二、三级医院护理人员叙事护理知信行总分分别为(77.39±14.04)分、(87.35±12.43)分、(93.06±9.75)分,三级医院护理人员对叙事护理知识、态度、行为得分最高,其次是二级医院,一级医院得分最低(P<0.001)。多元线性回归结果显示,叙事护理知识的主要影响因素是职务、是否接触过叙事护理、是否单身,态度的主要影响因素是年龄和学历,行为的主要影响因素是学历和是否接触过叙事护理。结论 不同级别医院护理人员在叙事护理知识、态度及行为方面存在差异,主要受学历、年龄、职务及是否接触叙事护理等方面的影响。

Analysis of current situation and influencing factors of narrative nursing knowledge, belief and practice among nurses in different levels of hospital

Objective To investigate the status quo of narrative nursing knowledge, attitudes and behaviors among clinical nurses in different levels of hospitals, and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods From March to April 2020, 927 nursing staff in hospitals of different levels in a city were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method. The general information questionnaire and the narrative nursing knowledge, belief and behavior questionnaire of clinical nurses were used to investigate the score of narrative nursing knowledge, belief and behavior, and analyze its influencing factors. Results The survey results showed that the total scores of narrative nursing knowledge, belief and behavior of nursing staff in primary, secondary and tertiary hospitals were (77.39±14.04) (87.35±12.43) (93.06±9.75) points respectively, behavior score was the highest, followed by second-level hospitals, and first-level hospitals had the lowest score (P<0.001). The multiple linear regression results showed that the main influencing factors of narrative nursing knowledge were job title, whether they had been exposed to narrative nursing, and whether they were single, the main influencing factors of attitude were age and education, and the main influencing factors of behavior were education and whether they had been exposed to narrative nursing. Conclusions There are differences in narrative nursing knowledge, attitude and behavior among nursing staff in different levels of hospitals, mainly due to the influence of educational background, age, position and whether they are exposed to narrative nursing.
