| 摘 要： | 目的了解产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌所产生的ESBLs的基因型特征。方法PCR通用引物扩增blaTEM、blaSHV、blaCTX-M和blaOXA基因后测序以确定其基因亚型。结果140株大肠埃希菌中68株产blaCTX-M-9,58株产blaTEM-1,35株产blaSHV,15株产blaCTX-M-1。结论产ESBLs的大肠埃希菌的主要流行型别为blaCTX-M-9型和blaTEM型。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the genotypes of ESBLs of Escherichia coli (E.coli). Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and DNA sequencing were used to determine ESBLs genotypes. Results 68 strains carried blaCTX-M-9 subgroup gene, 58 strains carried blaTEM-1 gene, 35 strains carried blaSHV subgroup gene, 15 strains carried blaCTX-M-1 subgroup gene. Conclusions blaCTX-M-9 group gene is prevalent as well as blaTEM group gene. |
