氟西汀治疗急性首发脑卒中后抑郁的临床对照研究

目的观察氟西汀对急性脑卒中后抑郁的干预作用及对神经功能康复的影响。方法随机将72例首发急性脑卒中后抑郁患者分为氟西汀治疗组和常规治疗组，常规治疗组仅给神经内科常规治疗，氟西汀治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用氟西汀口服8周。两组患者均在氟西汀治疗前和治疗后第4周、第8周时采用HAMD、Barthel指数和N1HSS评定抑郁程度、日常生活能力和神经功能缺损程度。结果氟西汀组治疗后HAMD评分、NIHSS评分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．01），并显著低于常规治疗组（P〈0．05）。Barthel指数较治疗前显著升高（P〈0．01），且显著高于常规治疗组（P〈0．05）。结论氟西汀能显著改善脑卒中后抑郁患者抑郁状态，促进日常生活活动能力和神经功能的恢复。

A control study on fluoxetine in the treatment of acute post-stroke depression
