香菇多糖联合NP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的观察香菇多糖联合长春瑞滨(NVB)和顺铂(DDP)(NP方案)在治疗中晚期(Ⅱ～Ⅳ期)非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法 86例中晚期NSCLC患者随机分为观察组即香菇多糖联合长春瑞滨和顺铂(NPL)组和对照组即长春瑞滨和顺铂(NP)组。NP组:长春瑞滨25 mg/m2,静脉滴注d1、8,顺铂20 mg/m2静脉滴注d1~4,21 d为1周期,每例治疗2~6周期;NPL组在NP组基础上将香菇多糖1mg加入5%葡萄糖250 ml中静脉滴注d1~8。比较两组患者近期疗效、生活质量变化、毒副反应等。结果两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),但观察组生存质量改善情况明显优于对照组,消化道及血液学Ⅲ+Ⅳ度毒副反应明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论香菇多糖联合NP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌与单纯NP方案治疗相比疗效相近,但可明显改善生活质量和减轻化疗毒副反应。

Observation of clinical effect of lentinan and venorelbine and cisplatin recombination on patients with adveanced non small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and Toxic reaction side effect of lentinan and venorelbine and cisplatin recombination on patients with adveanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Eighty six advanced non small cell lung cancer cases were divided into control group which was treated with venorelbine and cisplatin(NP) regimen and Observation group which was treated with lentinan and NP recombination.The therapeutic schedule of control group: venorelbine25mg/m2,d1,d8;cisplatin 20mg/m2 d1-4;The chemotherapy interval was 21 days,every patient were treated 2 to 6 cycles.The therapeutic schedule of observation group: based on the therapeutic schedule of control group,lentinan was administered 1 mg,combinated with 5%GS 250ml,d1-8.To observe The diversity of QOL,therapentic effects and toxic side effect of the two groups.Results The diversity of Clinical effect between two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05),but the improvement of QOL of observation group was better than control group while the serious toxic reaction side effect of gastrointestinal tract and blood is lower than observation group,The diversity has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficiency of the lentinan and venorelbine and cisplatin recombination on patients with adveanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) has similar clinical efficacy compared with NP,but significantly improved the QOL and reduced side effects.
