某三甲医院司琼类药物应用情况与用药合理性分析

目的 调查分析铜陵市人民医院司琼类药物使用情况,探讨该类药物的用药合理性,以促进该类药物的合理应用.方法 从药品种类、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)和药物利用指数(DUI)等方面,对铜陵市人民医院2015年全年住院患者使用的司琼类药物进行统计分析;并以10％抽检率随机抽取病历221例,从适应证、用法用量、联合用药、疗程等方面对其用药合理性进行评价.结果 221份病历中,使用阿扎司琼145例和托烷司琼41例,分别占抽样的64.73％和18.30％.不合理病历共35例,占抽样病历的15.84％.结论 该院司琼类药物使用基本合理,但仍存在部分问题,需制定点评方案,加强使用管理,规范该类药物合理应用.

Analysis of application and rationality of setrons in a top-three hospital

Objective To investigate the application state of setrons in a top-three hospital,and to discuss the rationality of medication for rational use of this class of drugs.Methods In aspects of the kinds of setrons,defined daily doses (DDDs),defined daily cost (DDC) and drug utilization index (DUI),the application state of setrons used by inpatients in our hospital in the year of 2015 was analyzed,and the rationality of medication was evaluated directing at 221 cases of medical records,randomly sampled in a 10％ sampling rate,in terms of indications,usage and dosage,drug combination,course of treatment,etc.Results In the 221 cases of medical records,medication of azasetron was found in 145 cases,tropisetron in 41 cases,accounting for 64.73％ and 18.30％,respectively.There were 35 cases of medical records with irrational medication,accounting for 15.84％.Conclusion The application state of setrons in the hospital is mainly reasonable,but there are still some problems,and further establishment of review scheme and enhancement of usage management are needed for regulation of rational medication of setrons.
