| 摘 要： | 目的提高对显微镜下多血管炎(MPA)的认识,以提高诊断水平。方法对我院确诊的3例MPA进行回顾性分析。结果3例患者均以肺部症状就诊,伴肾脏受累。结论MPA临床表现无特异性,大多具有多脏器受累的特点,易误诊,抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体(ANCA)对MPA的诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To know more about microscopic polyangiitis(MPA)in order to improve diagnositic level.Methods Re-analyzing the 3 MPA cases in our hospital.Results All of the 3 patients came with lung symptom,accompanied by involved kidney trouble.Conclusion The clinical manifestation of MPA has no specificity,mostly accompanied by involved multi-viscera trouble,being subject to misdiagnosis.Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA)will be great value to MPA’s diagnosis. |
