| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the complication reducing effect of active conversion into open Laparotomy during gynecologic laparoscopy.Methods To review the 1578 laparoscopy cases operated in our hospital from Jan.2006 to Dec.2010 and analyze the reasons for conversion into open laparotomy.Results 35 cases in 1578 conducted convertion into open laparotomy,and the ratio is 2.2%.There were 13 cases of adhesion,12 cases of difficult laparoscopic operation due to the lesion in particular regions,1 case of injury,6 ... |
