锥形束CT在儿童上颌前部埋伏多生牙定位中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨锥形束CT技术在儿童上颌前部埋伏多生牙中的诊治应用价值。方法对在门诊常规X线检查中发现的埋伏多生牙病例,行锥形束CT扫描,分析判断埋伏牙的位置,确定手术进路,然后拔除。结果锥形束CT结果显示:16例患者20颗上颌前部埋伏多生牙,13颗位于腭侧,5颗位于唇侧,2颗位于牙槽骨中部,与术中所见一致。锥形束CT可以准确显示上颌前部埋伏多生牙的数量、牙冠牙根形态、唇腭侧位置、萌出方向及与邻牙关系。结论锥形束CT技术的应用是精确定位儿童上颌前部埋伏多生牙有效方法。
