床旁快速临时起搏器安置术的临床应用

目的探讨床旁锁骨下静脉快速临时起搏器安置术的临床疗效及安全性。方法 90例不同病因所致严重缓慢型心律失常、心脏骤停者等,在床旁通过锁骨下静脉穿刺的方法,应用普通电极导管,观察起搏信号、QRS波群形态及测定阈值将电极送入右心室,行紧急床旁临时心脏起搏术。结果 90例患者穿刺均获成功,所用时间平均（9.1±4.2）min,留置时间平均（3.4±2.8）d,起搏阈值平均（0.96±0.37）V。结论锁骨下静脉穿刺床旁临时起搏术创伤小、方便快速、安全有效,值得在地市级及以下医院推广应用。

Rapid bedside temporary pacemaker implantation in the application of south west Anhui hospitals

Objective To discuss efficacy and safety of rapid bedside temporary pacemaker implanting in treatment of arrhythmia in Southwest Anhui hospitals.Methods Different causes in 90 patients with serious arrhythmias or cardiac arrest were implanted temporary pacemaker,at the bedside through the subclavian vein puncture method,using ordinary catheter into the right ventricle,observing the pacing signal,QRS wave group shape and determination of pacing threshold.Results Puncture was successful in all 90 cases of patients,the use of an average(9.1±4.2)min,the average retention time of(3.4±2.8)d,the average pacing threshold(0.96±0.37)V.Conclusion Subclavian vein puncture bedside temporary pacing was simple,rapid,safe and effective,and worth to promote the use of municipal level and the following hospitals.
