影像诊断学试卷质量与考试结果分析

目的分析影像诊断学期末考试试卷质量和考试结果。方法采用试卷分析与评价指标,对安徽医科大学5年制本科医学影像专业2004级影像诊断学期末考试试卷进行评价。结果试卷的整体难度系数（P）为0.76,试卷信度（α）为0.78,区分度（D）为0.28。学生平均成绩为81.29分,及格率为98.3%,优秀和良好率为55.9%。记忆型、概念型和综合分析型题的失分率分别是23.8%、32.6%和13.8%。结论基础知识不扎实、基本概念不清是学生失分的主要原因,而学生的综合分析能力较强。试题能较好地反映学生的真实水平。

Analysis of examination paper quality and examination results of image diagnostics

Objective To analyze the examination papers qualityand exam results of image diagnostics terminal examination.Methods Using the examination paper analysis and the evaluating indicator,the terminal examination paper of image diagnostics in 2004 grade was evaluated.Results The difficulty coefficient(p) of the examination paper is 0.76,the degree of confidence(α) is 0.78 and the discrimination(D) is 0.28.The students'average result is 81.29 and the examination passing rate is 98.3%.The outstanding and good rate is 55.9%.The rate of lost point of memo-ry,concept and generalized analysis items are 23.8%,32.6% and 13.8%.Conclusion The non-solid elementary knowledge and the basic concept unclear are the primary causes which make the students lose points,but the students'generalized analysis ability is stronger.
