脑出血后癫痫发作的临床研究

目的探讨脑出血后早发性癫痫发作、迟发性癫痫发作和继发性癫痫的发生率及其危险因素。方法对322例确诊为脑出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究并对其进行随访。结果脑出血后早发性癫痫发作的发生率为7.45%,迟发性癫痫发作的发生率为2.48%,继发性癫痫的发生率为2.80%;皮质出血较皮质下出血,再发性脑出血较初发性脑出血更易发生脑出血后早发性癫痫发作,皮质出血较皮质下出血更易出现迟发性癫痫发作和继发性癫痫。结论皮质出血、再发脑出血与脑出血后早发性癫痫发作相关;皮质出血与迟发性癫痫发作和继发性癫痫相关;迟发性癫痫发作与继发性癫痫密切相关。

A clinical study of epileptic seizures after intra cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To study the incidence of early epileptic seizures(EES)、late epileptic seizures(LES)、secondary epilepsy(SE) after intra cerebral hemorrhage(ICH) and its involved factors.Methods To study retrospectively and recall the clinical materials of 322 patients who have been diagnosed to have an ICH.Results The incidence of EES after ICH is 7.45%,The incidence of LES after ICH is 2.48%,The incidence of SE after ICH is 2.80%;The cortical hemorrhage was more likely to develop EES than subcortical hemorrhage.The medical history of ICH was more likely to develop EES than new-onset of ICH.The cortical hemorrhage was more likely to develop LES and SE than subcortical hemorrhage.Conclusion The cortical hemorrhage and the medical history of ICH were related with EES;the cortical hemorrhage was related with LES and SE;LES was significantly related with SE.
