新型布尼亚病毒致发热伴血小板减少综合征26例临床分析

目的：了解新型布尼亚病毒感染后临床特征。方法26例发热伴血小板减少综合征患者，应用RT－PCR法和序列分析检测新型布尼亚病毒特异性核酸片段，并且对流行病学和临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果26例患者血清新型布尼亚病毒病原检测均阳性，8例患者特异性血清IgM抗体和IgG抗体阳性，均有发热症状，外周血细胞的改变主要表现在白细胞和血小板的下降，均有丙氨酸转氨酶、谷氨酸转氨酶或乳酸脱氢酶的升高，4例患者出现不同程度肾功能损害。结论新型布尼亚病毒感染患者早期诊断并经积极治疗，多数患者可恢复。

Clinical analysis of 26 cases of fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome in new bunyavirus infection patients

Objective To explore the clinical features of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome in new bunyavirus infection. Methods The epidemiological and clinical data of 26 patients were retrospectively analysed,the specific nucleic acid fragment of novel bun-yavirus was detected by RT-PCR and sequence analysis.Results Twenty-six patients were positive for serum novel bunyavirus pathogen, eight for specific serum IgM antibody and IgG antibody positive.Twenty-six patients had symptoms of fever with the rise of alanine transami-nase,glutamic acid transaminase,lactate dehydrogenase and the decrease of white blood cells and platelets in the peripheral blood cells.Four patients had different degrees of renal injury .Conclusion Most patients recovered well with early diagnosis and active treatment in new bunyavirus infection.
