水解脱弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤

目的探讨水解脱弹簧圈血管内栓塞颅内动脉瘤的疗效及技术要点。方法16例动脉瘤破裂者，共17个脑动脉瘤，在数字减影血管造影下，应用微导丝、微导管技术，采用水解脱弹簧圈实施血管内栓塞治疗；其中3例宽颈动脉瘤，分别采用了双导管技术、球囊辅助和支架辅助栓塞技术。结果17个脑动脉瘤全部栓塞成功，术中即刻造影显示：致密栓塞13个动脉瘤，近致密栓塞3个动脉瘤，不全栓塞1个动脉瘤。平均随访了3～9个月，平均5．5个月，无再发脑出血病例。14例基本恢复正常生活和工作，2例达到Et常生活部分自理。结论水解脱弹簧圈血管内栓塞颅内动脉瘤致密栓塞率高，球囊及支架辅助是保证致密栓塞宽颈动脉瘤安全有效的治疗措施。

Embolization of intracranial aneurysma with hydrodentachable coils

Objective To investigate the effect and technical issues of intracranial aneurysma embolized by hydrodentachable coils.Methods 16 cases of ruptured aneurysm were collected, and there were 17 cerebral aneurysms in total.
