肘关节“恐怖三联征”手术治疗分析

目的总结手术治疗肘关节＂恐怖三联征＂的临床疗效。方法 2005年1月—2010年1月,我院共收治15例＂恐怖三联征＂患者,均于臂丛神经阻滞麻醉下行手术治疗。结果术后前3个月每月复查1次,此后半年复查1次至2年,每次随访为复查X线片,肘关节屈伸旋转活动,按肘关节Mayo评分,优8例,良5例,差2例,优良率为86.6%。结论肘关节＂恐怖三联征＂损伤复杂、严重,此种损伤通常均采用手术治疗,治疗的主要目的是重建肘关节及软组织解剖结构,恢复肘关节稳定性,尽早功能锻炼预防并发症的发生,最大限度的恢复肘关节功能。

Analysis of operation for terrible triad of the elbow-joint

Objective To summarize the outcomes of surgical treatment for terrible triad of the elbow-joint. Methods From January 2001 to January 2010,a total of 15 cases with terrible triad of the elbow-joint were treated by operation under brachial plexus block anesthesia. Results All patients have a recheck every month for the first 3 months after operations,and keep on a recheck every half year to 2 years.The method of follow-up study was X-ray check.The activity of elbow-joint was appraised by Mayo rating scale.Among all cases,8 cases were excellent,5 cases were fine,2 cases were inferior,the rate of excellent and fine was 86.6%. Conclusion The damage of terrible triad of the elbow-joint is complex and serious.It is customarily treated by operation which rebuilds the anatomic structure of elbow-joint,recuperates the stability and function,and avoids the concurrent disease by functional exercise as early as possible.
