摘    要:目的调查和研究军队人员口腔疾病特点及口腔健康状况,为我军军人口腔疾病预防与治疗和卫生勤务保障政策的制定提供依据。方法采用北约军队口腔健康调查基本方法,以现场调查的方式对某部67名新兵上午8~10时进行安静状态和刺激状态唾液流率检测,要求所有被检测新兵检查前8h不刷牙漱口,空腹。获得的数据利用FoxPro6.0软件建立数据库,SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果安静唾液流率(Unstimulated Whole Salivary Flow Rates UWSFR)和刺激唾液流率(Stimulated Whole Salivary Flow Rates SWSFR)经检测分别为0.467 ml/min和1.058 ml/min,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论安静唾液流率(UWSFR)和刺激唾液流率(SWSFR)是军人口腔健康和唾液腺正常的重要指标,同时也可为临床诊断提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristics of oral diseases and the oral health status of recruit in a certain unit, to supply the basis for prevention and treatment of oral diseases and the development of health service safeguard policy. Methods Based on NATO standard agreement (STANAG) methodology of oral health survey, unstimulated whole salivary flow rates ( UWS- FR) and stimulated whole salivary flow rates (SWSFR) in 67 recruits of a certain unit were determined after fasting in the morning and 8h of banning teeth bushing. The information was analyzed in FoxPro6.0 and SPSS 16.0 software. Results UWSFR and SWSFR were respeetively 0. 467 ml,/min andl. 058 ml/min, between which there were significant differenees in salivary flow rates ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Conclusion UWSFR and SWSFR were important index of oral health status for the military persons, to determine which also can be widely used in elinieal differential diagnosis.
