某部新兵口腔黏膜病发病情况调查

目的了解新兵口腔黏膜病发病情况,为军人口腔疾病预防和治疗提供基础数据。方法采用WHO公布的口腔健康调查基本方法和标准器材,并根据我军实际情况需要设定了军人口腔健康调查项目,参考最新WHO黏膜炎症状标准分级方法,对某部67名男性新兵口腔黏膜病发病情况进行调查分析。获得数据利用FoxPro 6.0软件建立数据库,采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果口腔黏膜病总患病率为7.5%（5/67）。其中WHO黏膜炎症状Ⅰ级（口腔黏膜充血、水肿,轻度疼痛）患病率为3.0%（2/67）;Ⅱ级（口腔黏膜充血、水肿,点状溃疡）患病率为1.5%（1/67）;Ⅲ级（口腔黏膜充血、水肿,片状溃疡,上覆白膜,疼痛加剧并影响进食）患病率为3.0%（2/67）。80%（4/5）患者的病变主要发生在唇、颊黏膜。结论新兵口腔黏膜发病情况与国内大多数健康人群口腔黏膜疾病患病率相似。

Investigation on incidence of oral mucosal diseases in recruits of a certain army

Objective To investigate the incidence of oral mucosal diseases in recruits and provide a basis for prevention and treatment of oral diseases.Methods We used basic WHO oral health survey method and standard equipments referred to the latest WHO mucositis symptom standard grading method,according to the actual situation of the army needs to set up military oral health survey project,to investigate incidence of oral mucosal disease survey in 67 male recruits in a certain army.The information was analyzed by Foxpro 6.0 and SPSS 16.0 software.Results The total prevalence rate of oral mucositis was 7.5%（5/67）,which included 3%（2/67） level I（oral mucosa congestion,edema and mild pain）,1.5%（1/67） level II（oral mucosa congestion,edema and punctiform ulcers） and 3%（2/67） level III（oral mucosa congestion,edema and lamellar ulcers）,of which 80%（4/5） occurred mainly in the labial and buccal mucosa.Conclusion The results of the survey were consistent to the majority of domestic oral mucosal disease prevalence reports.
