金属硫蛋白在肾盂癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的分析金属硫蛋白（Metallothioaein，MT）在肾盂癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法观察不同分级的36例肾盂癌、15例正常肾盂组织MT的表达情况，分析MT与临床病理因素及预后之间的关系。结果15例正常肾盂组织MT的表达率为6．7％（1／15），36例肾盂癌组织中MT的表达率为52．8％（19／36），两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。MT的表达随着癌组织病理学分级、临床分期的增加而增加（P〈0．05）；MT阳性表达组与阴性表达组之间的生存率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论MT的表达与肾盂癌发生、发展及预后有密切的关系。

Expression of Metallothionein in Renal Pelvis Carcinoma and Its Clinical Singnificance

Objective To investigate the expression of metallothionein（MT） in renal pelvis carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of MT in 36 cases of different-grade renal pelvis carcinoma and in 15 cases of normal renal pelvis were detected by immunohistochemical technique, and the relationship between MT and clinicopathological features and prognosis was analysed. Results The positive rate of MT expression in the 15 cases of normal renal pelvis was 6.7% （1/15） , while the overall expression rate of MT in renal pelvis carcinoma was 52.8% （ 19/36 ）. The difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. With the increase of tumor pathologic grades and clinical stages, expression of MT increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The survival rate was significantly different between positive- and negtive-MT groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of MT is significantly related to the development, progression and prognosis of renal pelvis carcinoma.
