| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位埋线联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法将60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组。对照组给予来氟米特口服;治疗组在对照组治疗之上再给予足三里、肾腧穴位埋线治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05),临床体征和疾病活动度评分(DAS28)均优于对照组(均P0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效较好,其疗效优于单纯来氟米特口服组,并且联合应用时能降低胃肠道等副作用的发生率。

Clinical Observation on combined Use of Acupoint Catgut-embedding Therapy and Oral Medication of Leflunomide in Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis |

| Abstract: | s:Objective To observe the effects of the combination of acupoint catgut-embedding therapy and oral medication of Lefluno-mide in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis ( RA ) .Methods 60 patients with RA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group received Leflunomide orally, treatment group received(ST 36), Shenshu (BL 23) catgut-embedding therapy combined oral medication of Leflunomide.Results The effective rate of control group was significantly lower than that of treatment group ( 69% vs 89%, P<0.05).Changes of DAS28 scores in both groups were significance (P<0.05).Changes of the scores between the two groups were without significance (P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of the combination use of acupoint catgut-embedding therapy and oral medi-cation of Leflunomide is better than simple use of Leflunomide, and is bale to reduce the occurrence of gastrointestinal side effects. |
