小醒脑针刺法配合电针颈夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

目的观察小醒脑开窍针刺法配合电针颈夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法 60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组运用小醒脑开窍针刺法配合电针颈夹脊穴,对照组采用西医常规治疗,2周后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论小醒脑针刺法配合电针颈夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效较好,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。

Clinical Observation of Xiaoxingnao Acupuncture Combined with Electro Acupuncture at Cervical Jiaji Points in Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective To observe the curative effect of Xingnaokalqiao acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture of Jiaji points in treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 eases in each group, the treatment group used Xiaoxingnao acupuncture with Cervical Jiaji electro acupuncture, the control group was treated with routine western medicine. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3% and the control group was 76.7%. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xiaoxingnao acupuncture combined with cupping neck clip ridge acupoint in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis has better effect, the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.
