| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨甘草三参合剂对大鼠心律失常保护作用的效果和机理。方法 :采用大鼠心肌缺血再灌注、氯化钡致大鼠心律失常两种动物模型 ,以BL 4 10生物机能实验系统观察ECG的相关指标 ,并进行统计分析。结果 :中药组两种动物模型的心律失常减轻 ,较生理盐水组比较有非常显著或显著差异 (P <0 0 1、P <0 0 5 )。结论 :甘草三参合剂对大鼠心肌缺血复灌和氯化钡诱发的心律失常具有保护作用 ,其机理可能与Ca2 + 、Na+ /K+ 离子通道阻滞和抗自由基损伤作用有关。

| Abstract: | To try to find the effection and mechanism of Gancao Sanshen mixture' protective action of the rat arrhythmia. Methods: To study them by two different animal models: lschemia and nov-instillation causing rat arrhythmia, Barium Chloride causing rat arrhythmia. To observe the correlative markers of the ECG by the BL-410 organism function experiment system, and to make statistical analysis. Results: The arrhythmia severe level of the two different animal models of the Chinese herbs group relieved very remarkable difference or remarkable difference between these two groups and saline group (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: Gancao Sanshen mixture had effective protective action of the two arrhythmias said above. It may be related to the block of the ionic channel of Ca 2+ and Na+/K+ and myocardial cell anti-free radicalin-injury. |
