天丹通络胶囊联合华佗再造丸对急性脑梗死患者NSE、AIP及NIHSS的影响

目的探讨天丹通络胶囊联合华佗再造丸对急性脑梗死患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、动脉硬化指数(AIP)及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)的影响。方法将急性脑梗死患者94例,随机分为两组。两组均采用常规治疗,对照组口服华佗再造丸,治疗组在对照组基础上结合天丹通络胶囊。两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P0.05);两组血清NSE水平治疗后下降(P0.05);治疗组血清NSE水平治疗后低于对照组(P0.05);两组AIP治疗后下降(P0.05);治疗组AIP治疗后低于对照组(P0.05);两组NIHSS评分治疗后下降(P0.05);治疗组NIHSS评分治疗后低于对照组(P0.05);两组心电图、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能均未见异常,且无明显不良反应。结论天丹通络胶囊联合华佗再造丸治疗急性脑梗死患者疗效显著,可降低患者NSE、AIP及NIHSS,且无明显不良反应,安全可靠。

Effects of Tiandan Tongluo Capsule combined with Huatuo Zaizao Pills on NSE,AIP and NIHSS in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the effects of Tiandan Tongluo capsule combined with Huatuo Zaizao pills on neuron specific enzyme (NSE), arteriosclerosis index (AIP) and NIHSS in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 94 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 47 cases in each group.Control group received Huatuo Zaizao pills on the basis of routine treatment, treatment group received Tiandan Tongluo capsule on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups.Results After treatment, the total efficiency of treatment group was 93.62%, higher than 74.47% of control group (P<0.05);the serum NSE levels in both groups decreased (P<0.05);the serum NSE level of treatment group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05);AIP decreased in both groups (P<0.05);AIP of treatment group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05);NIHSS scores decreased in both groups(P<0.05), treatment group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05);ECG, blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function of both groups showed no abnormality;no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Tiandan Tongluo capsule combined with Huatuo Zaizao pills has remarkable curative effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction, it can reduce SE, AIP and NIHSS levels without obvious adverse reaction, it is safe and reliable in clinical application.
