| 摘 要： | 目的比较不同产地茯苓中萜类成分的HPLC指纹图谱。方法用高效液相色谱法分析10批英山GAP产地的茯苓药材,建立共有模式,并和其它产地茯苓药材的指纹图谱进行比较。结果英山GAP产地茯苓药材的指纹图谱稳定性好,不同产地茯苓药材的指纹图谱中典型色谱峰较一致,但峰面积存在差异。结论所建立的指纹图谱可用于茯苓药材的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the fingerprint atlas of different habitat poria cocos' terpenoid by HPLC.Methods: The mutual mode of HPLC fingerprint is set up after ten batches of poris from Yingshan County are analyzed by HPLC with the comparison to that from different habitats.Results: The HPLC fingerprint of terpeniod on poria from Yingshan County shows stable quality.The characteristic peak in fingerprint of different habitats is accordance,but the peak area is different.Conclusions: The HPLC fingerprint can be used for the quality evaluation of poria cocos. |
