| 摘 要： | 目的通过对壮筋膏的药效学研究,评价壮筋膏的抗炎镇痛作用。方法采用小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎试验、大鼠蛋清足跖肿胀试验进行抗炎作用研究;采用小鼠热板法、小鼠醋酸扭体法进行镇痛作用研究。结果壮筋膏有明显抑制炎症模型小鼠耳廓肿胀和足趾肿胀的作用,能延长热痛试验中小鼠舐后足的时间,能明显减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体的次数。其作用呈一定的量效关系。结论壮筋膏具有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect on suppressing inflammation and alleviating pains of Zhuangjin Ointment.Methods: The mice's auricular swelling test,the rat's toe swelling test caused by albumen,the mice's pain-test by hot and the mice's wrenching body test caused by the irritation of acetic acid were conducted.Results:Zhuangjin Ointment could depress swelling of the mice in auricular swelling test,inhibit the rat's toe swelling caused by albumen,prolong the time of the mice's lapping back legs during the pain-test by hot and could reduce the times of wrenching their bodies caused by the irritation of acetic acid sharply.Conclusion: Zhuangjin Ointment has the effects of suppressing inflammation and alleviating pains. |
