龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗化脓性角膜溃疡33例

目的：观察内服龙胆泻肝汤加减及局部点眼治疗化脓性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法；治疗组33例内服龙胆泻肝汤加减及局部点眼，对照组29例仅局部点眼。疗程30天。结果：14天后治疗组治愈率48.48%，对照组治愈率17.24%。两组比较，差异有极显性（X^2=6.73,P＜0.01)；30天后治疗组治愈率81.82%，对照组治愈率44.83%。两组比较，差异亦有极显性（X^2=8.79,P＜0.01)。结论：内服龙胆泻肝汤加减及局部点眼治疗化脓性角膜溃疡的疗效，明显优于单纯局部点眼。

33 Cases of Suppurative Corneal Ulcer Treatedl by Longdan Xiegan Tand Jiawei

To observe the effect of took appropriate Longdan Xiegan Tang and dropped routine eye drops on treatment of suppurative corneal ulcer.Methods:33 patients took appropriate Longdan Xiegan Tang and dropped routine eye drops in the treatment group,29 patients only dropped routine eye drops in the control group.The period of treatment was 30 days.Results:The curative rate in the treatment group was 4848% while that in the control group was 1724% after 14 days,the difference between two groups was significant obviously (X2=673,P<001);the curative rate in the treatment group was 8182% while that in the control group was 4483% after 30 days,the difference between two groups was also significant obviously.Conclusion:The effect of took appropriate Longda Xiegan Tang and dropped routine eye drops on treatment of suppurative corneal ulcer is better than of dropped routine eye drops alone.
