| 摘 要： | 目的观察疏肝和胃汤对功能性消化不良大鼠血中血管活性肠肽（VIP）和生长抑素（SS）的影响。方法采用夹尾激怒法造成功能性消化不良大鼠模型，分组检测各组大鼠血浆VIP和SS的含量。结果疏肝和胃汤对血中VIP无显著影响（P〉0．05），但可以显著降低血中SS的含量，大、中剂量组有显著差异（JP〈0．01或0．05）。结论疏肝和胃汤可以通过降低血中SS的含量，发挥促胃动力作用。
