| 摘 要： | 前列腺癌为西方国家常见肿瘤之一。近年来中国等东方国家的发病率亦有逐年增高的趋势，由于其发病原因复杂，解剖剖位特殊，中西医对之治疗均感到十分棘手。本从基因角度探讨了其发病学原理，主要从癌基因与抑癌基因及其表达与治疗方面进行了阐述，进而对中医治疗学特点进行了分析与总结，旨在对本病的临床研究起到一定的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Prostatic cancer is a kind of common tumor in the western countries.While in recent years its morbidity is showing a tendency to increase in china and the other eastern countries.Because its Pathogeny is very complicated and its anatomic site is very special,its treatment is troublesome to bath traditional chinese medicine and western medicine.This article explores the aetiology of Prostatic cancer from the angle of gene,and mainly from the aspects of source gene and the controling gene of cancer,the expression of gene and the treatment of prostatic cancer,and then analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of therapeutics of the traditional chinese medicine.This article will accelerate the clinical study of prostatic cancer. |
